i have just turned out my cake( quite a deep one)and all the middle has POURED out icon_surprised.gif , i dont think it cook v.well, but now its all runny cause it had choc chips in so its like melted chocolate! the outside is quite clearly cooked icon_mad.gif ! ANY ideas on how to save it will be very much welcome!! thares alot of mix so i dont want to waste it! icon_cry.gif

What size cake was it? If larger, did you use a heating core? What cake recipe and bake temp did you use?

If the middle poured out, my only suggestion is to evenly cut out the pour-y part and make it a ring cake (that looks like a doughnut).

why didnt i think of that!!! i split it into 4 bowls covered each one in custard and served it to my family he he he, they never knew what it should of been but they loved it anyway xx
