Maybe some of you already do this, but I had never seen it before so I thought I would share an idea I came up with...
I have been using those plastic table covers, you know the cheap, disposable ones you buy at party city, etc...? I had been using tissue paper with cellophane over top, but then I figured the tableclothes work out much cheaper, and easier too.
Does anyone use those?
Melissa
you buy clean contact paper to cover a cake circle that has been covered with gift paper, tissue paper or any assorted paper you like.
I have covered a cake board with the sunday funnies!...then used the clear paper to protect the cake.

The sunday funny's very creative!!
I use the tableclothes all the time! When I had my DOS in June I bought a lot of different colors. I didn't use all the tableclothes so I thought I'd try to cover a board with one. It worked perfect! Now that's what I use of bday cake & such.
