I found this site a few months ago, I have 3 wedding cake orders for the Shaq's Pillow wedding cake. One client is having the sleigh made to use as a cake stand in her December wedding.

I revisted the site, and I agree...the cakes are awesome and impressive, but very busy. I like the outrageousness of the cakes, but you are right...not everyone likes it that busy. I think we all have it in us to do this type of work, but we do not all have the time to do it. I can only assume it's ultra time consuming. The wedding pillow cake is cool, Meeka...let us know how it turns out.

It's kind of busy, but it is beautiful.. I like it !! I will make something like this.. Some cakes are too busy, but they are ugly busy and cheesy looking (cheap bakery look)....but this one is beautiful and amazing busy.. to some people it's the talent that is lacking, not the time...just my opinion...

Eve, I agree that sometimes talent is lacking. However, I've taught school long enough to know that people do what they set their minds to, talent or not. People only do and accomplish what they want...will has as much to do with it as talent.
