So I made MMF for the first time. WOW - How easy was that and it tastes great. Can't wait to roll it out tomorrow.

1. How long in advance can you ice a cake with this?

2. If I ice them on Friday in the afternoon, it that too early for a wedding that I need to set up by 2:00pm on Saturday.

3. Does this fondant hard just like the regular premade fondant (Wilton is the only other fondant I have used.)

4. I need to make a high heel and a purse for a cake, will MMF hold up for this?

Hey Gma! Glad you finally tried it! MMF won't harden on your cake. I've never had that problem. I cover the wedding cakes on Fri & it's nice & soft on Sat. I've covered my cake 3 days before the wedding & it was still fine.

If your doing heels & a purse you better get busy because it might not be dry enough by Sat.
Good Luck~
