Wanting to do a chocolate flame for a poured sugar piece. I need it in the shape of a cup so to speak. I want to use white chocolate so that I can paint the bottom portion orange to resemble fire. Anyone got some ideas.

Pour the chocolate into a bowl, the size that you need. Roll it around to coat the bowl.

Place it upside down on a parchment covered sheet pan until set.

you can refrigerate the bowl so the chocolate contracts, tap the bowl lightly and remove.

Will that help you?

Yeah, that might work. Just carve out the areas to make it look more like a flame.

after you unmold it you can carve it out with a "hot" knife?
