I was just at a wedding show (to check out cakes). I asked one of the cake companies if they can cover a cake that is filled with cream cheese filling with fondant and leave it out. The cake rep. said that their cream cheese filling is different and can be stored at room temp. for a couple of days. Is there such thing as a cream cheese filling that does not spoil? If so I want the recipe. Thanks
