MMf is good for months some posted a year Im not sure about that ...my doesnt last that long I use too much of it around here.....and thats at room temp....it has to be sealed in an airtight container...with saran wrap or a ziplock bag....it is doesnt need to be put in the fridge .... but if it is im assuming the same would be true.
