Okay so here is my question... I recently saw a cake special on Food Network... and they had this amazingly cool like 5 to 7 layered teir... it was cool... and I have a project that I would love to use a technique like this... but always start to tilt... Have any ideas...
I think I know what you are talking about. If you insert a long dowel in the center of all of the cakes, that should help the stabilty. I am so sorry about your cake in the picture, I just wanted to cry for you.
