Hi. I have a cake order for a haunted house birthday cake. I would like to do something kind of 3D. I was thinking about using 2 round or square stacked pans and making it look like a haunted house or mansion. Has anyone done one or have any pictures that they could share. I am in need of some ideas. Thanks...the party is on October 22nd.

I'm thinking.....doll house done as a haunted house
gingerbread house
isn't there one in a Wilton book??

I am wanting to do one too--no particular reason--just practice. I think I am going to do a gingerbread house with flashing x-mas lights inside.

Hi traci,

I am thinking about trying one using the princess castle theme and making it look spooky.

I thought about that too. I just uploaded a picture of a 3D castle cake that I did a couple of weeks ago. I really did not care for using those sugar cones...any other ideas for the roof part???
