Hi everyone!
A few months ago, I posted about a problem I had with my frozen buttercream transfers.
They always had wrinkle lines in it from the waxed paper.
I got some good advice then about using a good quality or name brand waxed paper, which I did and the situation improved, but was still there.

WELL I THINK I FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

After flipping out the frozen transfer onto the cake, I let it sit for awhile, long enough to thaw and crust. Then I simply used good 'ol VIVA paper towels and my fondant smoother tool to smooth while applying a bit of pressure and voila!! Smooth as ever!!!

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else was stressing over those wrinkle lines like me!!

I am glad to hear that you finally got it worked out. I usually use my fingertips dipped in cornstarch if I need to smooth out any wrinkles. But I will have to try the Viva method on it too. I usually only use that to smooth the entire cake!! Thanks for the info!
