I have a sweet 16 on March 30th, i'm doing favors. I was hoping i can do these ahead of time. I'll be making seashell chocolates, small pieces for 70 favors. So you figure i have to make um way too much, maybe 500 pieces?!. darn. Can i get these done at the beginning of the month and put them away in the fridge? please give me your input, advice, anything?!
thank you.

you should have no problem doing these in advance, you don't even really need to store them in the fridge... i've done them a month in advance and put them in tupperware containers or sealed them in bags and they kept just fine!
Good luck icon_biggrin.gif
