I am making a corona bottle cake on top of a sheet cake. I am adding fondant to the bottle, but the bottom sheet will be buttercream. This cake is for tomorrow, but I am making it today. Can I put this in the fridge? I guess what I am asking is will the fondant draw moisture after I take it out of the fridge? HELP! I will have the cake in a cake box.

Your safest bet is to leave it in the box and on the counter. It will still be fresh as can be!
