Hello All,
Last week I was at a seminar given by Decopac. The presenter explained verbally how to make a buttercream rose using a dowel and a fork. I tried it at home with no luck. Has anyone heard of this method? Do you know of a website that gives details and diagrams? Thank you in advance for your thought and time.

HI

I make my roses on a stick. It just takes practice. The hardest part is getting your stick "wrapped". You make them exactly like the nail, but you wrap the stick, making sure to have a but on the tip and then make the rose petals, 3, 5, 7. I have a flower lifter (WIlton) to lift them off and I place them immediately on the cake.

LEt me know if I can be of more helpl.

Dawn
