buttercream? I figured I'd add cocoa powder, but I thought that maybe I'd also melt some chocolate chips with the butter and add it when I'm making the b'cream. Would that work? Thanks.

The House b'cream.

I think it would work nicely, just add a little bit more sugar if it seems too thin.
