The article goes from raw dough to final decorating. I photographed and explained my techniques and tools for rolling out, cutting, baking, making the icing, background piping in two formats (outline/fill for beginners and 1-step flooding for advanced decorators) and the drying timelines.
I give a quick message about decorating, but this tutorial was mainly about the basics. Hopefully I can do one more about just "decorating" closer to the holiday season!
