am planning to make a wedding cake with 4 tier stack and i was going to use 16, 14, 12 and 8 but i change my mind am so confused because am not sure what size i should use for 250 people

If your going by the wilton chart that only gives you about 200 servings....your short 50 you may have to add a tier... Are you tacking or using pillars...
