I was planning on making the MMF recipe from this site...but I'm not sure how much it makes. Can someone tell me how much cake one recipe will cover. Also, any tips would be helpful, never made it before Thanks

I'm not sure how much cake it will cover, but it makes about 3 pounds from 1 bag of marshmallows and the added sugar.

I covered a two layer (one 9 inch cake split down the middle w/filling) cake and had enough to cover that same size again. Hope that Helps

I covered this cake with one recipe and had some left over. Bottom layer is 9" , top layer 6"
