How accurate is the Wilton chart for fondant amounts??
It's in the Wilton yearbook, (pg. 105 of the 2005 yearbook).
I need to calculate the cost of a cake with fondant, but I want to know if anyone uses this chart and has found it to be accurate??

I have found that I always have extra fondant... but I m not sure if Im rolling it out to thin....
