I love the idea that people would be able to tell how they do a certain flower or border. I love that they show step by step pictures on how to accomplish it. The rose on a stick is a great example. Thanks

I'm a newbie, so perhaps my suggestion is already in place...I would like to see a section on current trends in cake decorating from cake design, colors, cake flavors, styling. I'm not a professional...yet...but I'd like to be on the cutting edge of the industry. On another subject, I love the idea of the calendar. I already missed a show on Food Channel that I would have watched had I checked the calendar.

I try to keep up with the trends too and it's so difficult since the trends vary from place to place. I try to keep my eye on the trend-setters. Every year I try to pin point the trends in wedding cake design. It's fun and I'm wrong a lot

I agree with you about the calendar. The way it works now is a recent upgrade and it's a really useful tool. Jackie and Heath did a fantastic job with it.
