Hi Jackie,

Can I ask you if I am allowed to post my pictures of Character cakes I have done or is it a copyright infringement of Wiltons cakepans?

Character pans are to be used at home and should not be cakes for profit. If you are advertising to sell, I would definatly not put a character cake online for advertising.

I am not sure if you made it for your own family.

What AppleJack said is right if your selling it then dont post it if your doing it for your family and not making any money off it then your find.. And you cant say well they bought the ingredents and I made the cake or they bought the pan any kinda money for this product cant be done..


As for Wilton telling you want you can and cant post on your site the only thing they can say is about there yearbooks and there online content.. And most of the time if you ask Wilton they will let you post there content as long as you dont do anything in any of there current books but you must have this in writting from them...

icon_biggrin.gif Its Official! You are allowed to post any pictures of the cakes you made from a Wilton Character Pan in your personal gallery.

You cannot use the photos if you intend to sell the cakes themselves.

So upload away!
