Sugar Free Cupcakes...... What To Use??

Hi lovlies,
I currently run a cupcake business - and have been playing around with sugar free recipes as it is something I want to offer.
However, I have been having difficulty with the replacement - Stevia or Sucrose or alternative.
My main issue is the freshness - and having something that has ability to stay fresh for more than a few hours! If anyone has any experience or recipes to share I would be very grateful!
Also, recommendations on icings (and decorations!) too.
