If you do what brand do you have and where did you purchase please?  About how long does it take for icing to set to start more detailed work?  Thank you.

Just use a regular fan.  A small heat gun is helpful for small areas or quick drying outlines so you don't get those little craters in tiny spots.

Some people use food dehydrators, you can google that.

ASometimes, I put the decorated cookies back in a warm oven (about 50C) with the door partially open to speed up the drying of the royal icing or fondant :)

I also use a small fan, the  icing dries smoothly with a beautiful sheen.
