Hi

I was wondering if anyone here can give me ideas as to how to make a chocolate coiled tail for pig cupcakes.  Thx :)

Does it have to be chocolate? Or can it be chocolate coloured gumpaste? I would use gumpaste, roll out a thin sausage ending in a point, and roll it round a dowel/pen/paintbrush til it dries, then remove and put it on the cupcake. Make more than you need since you might break a couple removing them. You could also try modelling chocolate.
