Can it be done with out affecting taste and texture?? Will biscuits go soft?? Amy help would be greatly appreciated

i did not know what a chocolate biscuit cake was till i googled it -- guess i need to get out more ;)

but while i've never made one i know that freezing chocolate briefly while it sets up does no harm -- i'm not qualified to determine the effects of long term freezer storage without testing it -- my guess is that it'd be ok --

hopefully someone will pipe up for you
