AI agreed to do 100 cupcakes and one small cutting cake for a wedding..however it's outside..shade but no fridges...probably about 80 degrees...maybe a bit hotter...these have to survive sitting on a table under an pavilion. I was going to do fondant with gum paste flowers...well this survive? And suggestions...or tips..or help
