ADoes anyone know where I can go online to learn how to make a chevron pattern on cakes. Usually done with fondant, but was thinking about trying it with sugar? Any suggestions?

Not sure what you mean by "doing it with sugar."

AYeah...not sure what that means. Do you mean wetting an area of the cake and putting sparkling sugar on so that it leaves a chevron pattern?

You can use the Sweet Accents from icing images as there are cheveron dies to make creating chevrons a breeze. Or use a Marvelous Mold with Sugar or DECOgel, they have chevron patterns.
