I'll be making 100-200 cupcakes for a friend's wedding in September.  However, it's out-of-state, so I'll be using her 5 qt stand mixer.  I'd like to double my 20-24 count cupcake recipes to make the baking go more quickly, which is no sweat for the 6 qt mixer I use at home, but I'm worried it'll be too much for the 5 qt.  I read somewhere suggesting making 1.5 batches at a time, but that just seems like it'd get too complicated, especially since I hate math :).  Has anyone made about 48 cupcakes in one batch in a 5 qt mixer?  Any issues?

I double my recipes all the time in my 5 qt. , it works fine.  Just mix on a slow speed at first because otherwise the batter goes flying since the bowl is small.
