AI live in south texas 20 mins from the gulf. I've ever only used a crusting buttercream. But would like to try out different icings. I'm doing a baby shower cake and the party is right on the water. What icing would hold best in this? I will be putting fondant deco on it too. Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated!
