Hello!

I was wondering if its best to pre-assemble the wedding cake below or assemble it at the venue?

AI'd say pre-assemble and use a central dowel, otherwise you'd spend ages at the venue applying the individual petals. It's a beautiful cake, very elegant

A^^^. She's right, you'll have to use a central dowel and finish the cake before transportation. You'll lose your mind trying to decorate that at the venue!

Just drive VERY carefully....

AI would definitely not try to put that together at the venue. And whether or not you want to use a central dowel, that's up to you and how well you trust your transporting skills. I don't bother with them unless a customer is picking their cake up, or it's something I feel that really needs one. I know the servers at venues appreciate not having to work around those things.
