We have a bakery and am contracting out our specialty cakes to a decorator.  Does anyone have a contract they use with a decorator?  thanks.

ok, so let me try this another way.  Does anyone work with a decorator and what do they charge you for decorating a cake?  is it by the job...by the hour?  Would appreciate some advice here.  thanks.,

i was always paid by the hour -- i never signed a contract anywhere -- i had verbal agreements with some of my employers -- one of them wanted me to not sell any cakes on the side and i agreed but i caveated that i would do rare family/friend cakes and she agreed --
