Hi,
I am making a large rectangular cake that will have a sheet of thin isomalt on top of it and figurines (made from modelling chocolate) will be going on the isomalt. This is my 1st time using isomalt so I'm wondering how I should store the cake and if there are any tips/ tricks to coloring, creating & using it.

AI have stored cakes with isomalt both out and in the fridge and had no problems. I added color at the end after it was all melted....i have used a hair dryer to soften it enough to shape it a little...
