Hi cakers!  I have a wedding cake booked for late July and the bride wants it to mimic the design on her wedding dress.  I have these pics of it but I'm really at a loss.  It will be covered in ivory modeling chocolate.  Should I pipe on the design in silver royal and then add edible gems?  Should I pipe the design on the MC while it's flat on the counter, then add to the cake in a panel? Any suggestions would be helpful!  Thanks,  Andrea

i would pipe it on the cake after applying the mc--geez that's beautiful -- but if you come up with a design to do panels why not
