AI am creating a sheet cake for a upcoming Corgi Meet-up picnic in less than 2 weeks. I plan to use pretzel sticks to create a fence around the perimeter of the cake use green icing to make grass and I already have in my freezer decorated sugar cookies in the shape of a corgi and decorated using a brush technique to create texture and they are going to be placed on the cake standing up in various places. The park the major building is the pavilion where the picnic is held in. What are your thought on creating a pavilion? I think I may use pretzel Rods like 4 spaced out Long and 3 wide then maybe use a full size graham crackers for the roof. I have seen log homes made from pretzel rods just not a pavilion like what I need. Also I want to place 1 kiddie pool on the cake somewhere as their is always at least one pool at the picnic for the dogs to cool off in. Butt I can't figure out how to make a small little pool I don't need the 3 ring kind but I can, I just need a ring of some sort and maybe blue jello in it just blue icing. That and the fence and the pavilion I either have to make at home and travel 4 hours in the car with it or construct it the night before at the hotel as I can't put it on the cake till the day of the picnic.
