I saw this cake that looked like a margherita and want to know if anyone knows how to make it.

AI made a margarita cake with a piñata several years ago. The stem of the glass was PVC pipe with a PVC coupler glued onto the pipe and rkt shaped over it to resemble the base of the glass. The actual cake on a cake board sat on top of that. It should still be in my pix

*this is the cake I am trying to make. I have the cake stacker system that is used in this photo. I just cant figure out how to make the cake itself in this shape  thanks for any advice

AYou could either carve or even use the wonder mold pan I think
