Hi,

Does anyone know what SW uses to push her flowers into, when she makes a cake like this:

I know she uses her stacking system so the cake is supprrted on columns/dowels, but in between must be something for pushing her flowers into. Some type of foam? It cant be too soft or the flowers would fall out.
