Hi all

I need some advice, and quick! I've been asked to make a horse related cake by this Friday. I'd like to make it 3D, of the whole body if possible, but if not just the head. I'm realtively new to cake decorating and have never made a carved cake before so I need something simple but that looks good!

Has anyone got any ideas/seen any good tutorials?
