Hi,

 Just wondering what the candy is around Elsa's dress - rock candy I'm assuming? Looks a bit too perfect for homemade- maybe it was bought?

ARedneckRuffle, got it head on. I was about to post the same thing minus the pic. I think I saw a YouTube tutorial on how to make it. I'm sure purchasing would be easier, but I love to try things from scratch (if possible) at least once.
