I am looking for a stable strawberry filling for cupcakes preferably something homemade (not just boxed Jello). However I do have homemade strawberry jam that I am willing to use as well. I just want to make sure the filling won't make the entire cupcake mush

Any recipes people have used with success is much appreciated

I have used the Wilton Strawberry filling recipe for cupcake and it worked well.
