I have a request for a strawberry champagne cake with champagne buttercream.  Does anyone who has tried a cake and frosting like this, have any hints or suggestions after making one?  The cake is going to be covered in rolled fondant.

Any help/suggestions/ideas/recipes would be greatly appreciated.  TIA.

AI don't have much of a suggestion except champagne extract. It's very strong so a little hoes a long way. Now as far as strawberry, you should be able to find that as in extract or something similar or are use using actual fruit? Hope this helps...
