AI ended up with a lot of extra airbrush food colors. Some with 3-4 bottles 8 oz each. Most are Kroma Colors and Americolor. Has anyone ever cooked food coloring to thicken it? Will the cooking change the color? I was thinking of making it thicker so I can use it in fondant. It will take me forever to use it in the airbrush. I don't use my airbrush that often. I do have the Americolor gel paste also which I use more of. I probably wouldn't cook it that long to get it that thick. TIA
