AHi!!! I'm new to this site. Honestly new to cake making as well trying to be more creative about it. Anyways!!! I was wondering if anyone has used the kraft pre made cheesecake filling as a cake filling before. I'm probably going to get some and try it out but any input/ ideas would be extremely helpful I'm mainly looking for an easy but still tasty option to fill a red velvet cake that won't take to long or break the bank

ASo I've answered my own question. While the pre maid cheesecake is extra yummy it kinda takes away from the cake itself. The textures together all kinda feel wrong and the cheesecake flavor just completely overpowers everything else. Maybe some kind of cream added to dull it would help? I can't say I would recommend using this as an actual cheesecakes filling unless you are in a hurry or just feeling likes a couch potato but as a dip, for strawberries etc. Amazing!
