AHello! I am new to cake central. Although I have read about 1000 forums this is my first! I am a small business owner and hate to say no to my customers. I have two cake requests for a Sunday of the weekend I am away, can I decorate the cakes Friday, wrap up air tight and store in the fridge until Sunday pickup? PLEASE help!! :)
