A client does not stop harassing you? This is after you have already finalized the details but she keeps calling to ask one more thing? What height is it going to be again? but will it be exactly that colour? how many people did you say it would serve , how much is it again? etc etc etc. I have such a headache from this client and wish I could tell her that I'm just not doing it but don't feel I can.
The worst part is she has it all in writing - multiple times bc she doesn't stop texting me either.
I'm so tired due to getting up before dawn this morning so I'm sure this is also making me feel crabby but I'm close to cracking up over her.
On another note, we need a "Client issues" subject option on the forum page. I've put it under "how do I" but don't feel it's under the right criteria.
AI wouldn't respond to her texts (?!!!) or calls (since there are so many) except by email. She should have all the details together somewhere, either on email or contract. If you haven't done that, sum the order up and send it to her.
If it makes you feel any better, she's probably going to love the cake. She may just be terrified it won't be nice enough. She may have a friend who's telling her she got ripped off for paying so much. Not uncommon for first birthdays and people who are spending too much on a party.
I can't believe she's texting you... Don't let customers do that.

Thanks howsweet, that does cheer me up a tad, I just hope you're right, she kept telling me how her husband is freaking out over how much she has spent so far so can't I do her a favor and put the price down (no), it's for daughters 3rd birthday and the way she is going on you'd think it was her wedding.
BTW, the getting up before dawn had nothing to do with cakes.
