Recreating Sweet 16 Cake. Please Help!

A[SIZE=3][/SIZE][IMG ALT=""]http://cakecentral.com/content/type/61/id/3239682/width/500/height/1000[/IMG] I'm not quite sure if they used stencil or if they piped the white scrolling. Also would you decorate before You stalk the cake together? Please, please, I need your opinion.

Hand piped.  Planned out ahead of time, maybe drawn on first.  Then stacked. All accents and borders added after.

It most likely is piped free-hand.

In my opinion I don't see why you want to know.   If it is from a stencil you probably could not find that exact stencil so just make you own pattern and pipe it.  You should come close enough that most people won't know the difference.
