AHas Anyone Ever Made A Stacked Stereo Cake? This Will Be My First Rectangular/Square Cake. I Know It's Fairly Difficult To Cover Them In Fondant. I Need This Cake For The 31St Of May. The Date Is Coming So Fast Making Me Nervous!

AYou can panel it. I would. Would help make sharp edges.

AMeaning....instead of covering with one piece of fondant, apply square strips one at a time to all sides, carefully aligning them at the edges. Fill in the seams with royal icing if need be.

yep you can panel it, you can also use modeling chocolate instead of fondant. You will be able to hide the seems better by just rubbing it together with your fingers.
