AI'm making my own graduation desserts and I plan on having around 100 people coming but I have no idea on how much of each thing I should make. Like how many mini cupcakes and cake pops and cookies etc. I don't want to run out but I don't want to have a load of stuff left over either.

i mean figure maybe 3-4 pieces per person total if everything is in mini size--unless like the football team is coming and they can eat like there's no tomorrow type of thing--then again is it only desserts? might wanna add some nuts in bowls for balance--

but sometimes if you have 6 different items peeps might want one of each but 3-5 per person is normal give or take--like if it's mostly family and friends type of thing--but if it's full size servings then it could be just one or two per person--minis would be like 3-5 per

this sounds exciting for you to do--best baking!

these are savory ideas--but way back when wilton had some cool ideas for graduation--take pumpernickel rye bread slices--the little squares, place a deviled egg on there, cut side down--pipe a face on it--cut a little square 1x1" piece of american cheese for the mortar board--pipe a tassel--voila a little edible graduate to gobble up--some of them with ringlets of hair or bangs some with glasses, some with bow ties or long ties--

cut the crusts off white bread and roll it flat with a rolling pin--put on any kind of thin sandwich filling--meat, peanut butter, roll it up like a piece of paper and tie a ribbon on it like a diploma

kinda fun graduation ideas but i know you're doing sweet ones-- just reminiscing
