AIs this even possible? I had a few unopened quarts from Christmas that I wound up not using, so I poured them in freezer safe mason jars. They've been frozen since. I'd be using it to make ganache. Is there a way to defrost it? (Leave in fridge?) I'm new at this... Would appreciate advice. Thanks!
I recently froze some heavy cream for the first time ever bc I had too much and knew I wouldn't use it in time. I was apprehensive about doing it but figured I'd give it a try. I let it defrost in the fridge & tasted it before using, it was perfect.
