AI tried RI tranferring for the first time last night, and my birds are wonderfully shaped, but they're very thin and brittle. To the point where I'm afraid to even handle them. Is this how they are supposed to be? They came off the wax paper without a problem. I didn't thin out the RI for flooding, and maybe I should have? After an outline was done in the thicker RI? Or perhaps it was beginner anxiety and I piped it too thin? Anyone have tips on consistency for different uses and what texture and thickness it should be when piped? Thanks in advance!
