AThe bride has given me the choice of fondant or buttercream. how would you approach this cake? Can I pipe chocolate onto fondant? If I did buttercream (which id rather)how would I do the scrolls? Thanks

Yes, you can put chocolate on fondant!

Fondant or buttercream - either will work in my opinion!

Why not? Just make sure that the chocolate isn't warm and the buttercream has crusted!

About the scrolls - I have seen Wilton sells some type of "impression things" with scrolls.... So you could put some indents on the buttercream and pipe on the chocolate! :)

If you reaaaaaalllllly don't want to use chocolate, make some dark chocolate buttercream but with less butter!
