Hello, all.  I've searched and haven't found specific threads addressing my need, so I'm hopeful someone can help pint me in the right direction.

I'll be making several fondant figures to replicate college band members, and I would love to know if there are any tips or tutorials for dressing fondant figures that are already made, but nekkid :).

I bought figure molds (like these attached)

because I want the figures to all be very uniform and a bit smaller (for scale purposes).  Also, honestly, figure making is NOT my forte.  So the molds will help there, but I'm a bit confused about getting clothes on them after they're made.  In the past I've made the bottom portion of the figure in the color of the pants, the torso in the color of the shirt, then added arms, etc.  But this process will be a bit like dressing a plastic doll, and I'm a bit intimidated.

Any tips would be appreciated.  Thanks so much!
